Tips on keeping your bread fresh!
Our dough is Additive/Preservative free so it is best enjoyed day of. If you need to keep it longer, here are some tips to keeping it fresh.
WHITE DOUGH
TO STORE:
• Store in a cool place with no direct sunlight.
• If not enjoyed within 40 hours, wrap in plastic & freeze.
• Freeze up to 2 weeks.
TO EAT:
• Thaw bread at room temperature.
• You can microwave for 20 seconds to speed up thawing proccess.
• Bake in oven for 3-5 min
PASTRY DOUGH
TO STORE:
*Custard or cream filled bread should be enjoyed day of.
• If not enjoyed within 24 hours. Wrap in plastic & refrigerate.
TO EAT:
• Bake or microwave when ready to eat.
• You can store for up to 5 days.
SANDWICH/PANINI
TO STORE:
• If not enjoying within 4 hours, wrap & refrigerate.
TO EAT:
• Best results if heated in toaster oven.
• You can also reheat in microwave to desired temperature.
